This is a duplex, meaning it’s one house divided into two separate apartments, each with its own entrance. Please drive all the way to the back for parking, and avoid blocking the driveway entrance to the backyard.

Everything we needed was provided, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was convenient and made getting around simple. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience would happily stay here again!

April 2026Pros: nice neighborhood, mostly clean home, AC works great, very near to Charlotte city center Cons: dishwasher did not work, dishes left in the dishwasher from previous guest, no screens on the windows, no hot water in the kitchen, bedroom door would not close. Some windows would not close properly. The next 2 might be nitpicky, which I accept: no salt, and only 1 small roll of paper towel. Just would have been nice to have. It was truly okay.

You can tell a lot of thought went into making guests feel at home. The bed was super comfortable, everything was well-stocked, and the space felt safe and welcoming. The host was amazing very responsive, kind, and made the whole process easy. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication was clear the entire time. The location was also perfect close to everything we needed but still quiet enough to relax.
