Two luxurious, uniquely curated bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, & 1 full pull out couch). Both bedrooms are stocked with bedding and smart TVs and the couch in the living room pulls out into a full sized bed.

The beautiful dining table comfortably seats 6.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods), pots & pans, baking sheets and more.

This is a duplex, meaning it’s one house divided into two separate apartments, each with its own entrance. Please drive all the way to the back for parking, and avoid blocking the driveway entrance to the backyard.

I found Sydney and Dylan's place very short notice explained my situation and they were able to accommodate. Their place is so comfortable and homely it made my days of recovery so smooth. They checked up on me to ensure if I needed anything. It was a pleasure to stay at this location.

Everything we needed was provided, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was convenient and made getting around simple. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience would happily stay here again!

April 2026Pros: nice neighborhood, mostly clean home, AC works great, very near to Charlotte city center Cons: dishwasher did not work, dishes left in the dishwasher from previous guest, no screens on the windows, no hot water in the kitchen, bedroom door would not close. Some windows would not close properly. The next 2 might be nitpicky, which I accept: no salt, and only 1 small roll of paper towel. Just would have been nice to have. It was truly okay.
