This was an awesome place to stay at. My son and I used the ping pong table every day and it was a great surprise for him. The place is bigger than what the pictures give off. Very comfortable stay and would stay again

This Home was exactly as described! It was very well stocked and the backyard was huge! The host were very responsive!

For a group of guys who just want to drink and hang out, this place is good, but I would not recommend it for a family. All of the furniture is cheap besides the mattresses, and the place has some dust and some mold. My biggest issue is that when we got there, Dylan told us they were replacing the oven and that the handyman would be finishing up as we arrived, which didn’t bother me but the handyman just walked out, the stove wasn’t set up, and it was sticking out because it was too big for the space. I had to reach out the next morning to ask Dylan to come fix it. He was quick to respond and apologized, and it was handled within an hour, but how does the owner not know the job wasn’t completed? Again, it fit what our group needed, but it’s not worth the price, IMO

This property definitely was everything that I expected. Clean, spacious and a vibe within itself. I had a great experience and Ill definitely be booking this property again!

Wanted to state how grateful I am to Sydney and Dylan. I recently had surgery and needed to extend my stay in Charlotte. I found Sydney and Dylan's place very short notice explained my situation and they were able to accommodate. Their place is so comfortable and homely it made my days of recovery so smooth. They checked up on me to ensure if I needed anything. It was a pleasure to stay at this location.

We had such a wonderful stay, and I truly want to thank Dylan for being an amazing host! From beginning to end, he was welcoming, responsive, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We were in Charlotte for a very important and busy week, and it meant so much to have a beautiful, comfortable place where we could come back, relax, and feel at home. The home was exactly what we needed—clean, inviting, spacious, and a great place for our team to spend time together. Dylan’s hospitality really stood out. He was easy to communicate with, gracious, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. Those little things make such a difference when you’re away from home. Thank you, Dylan, for opening your home to us and helping make our time in Charlotte even more special. We truly appreciate your hospitality and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Great spot for a big group
