This is a duplex, meaning it’s one house divided into two separate apartments, each with its own entrance. Please drive all the way to the back for parking, and avoid blocking the driveway entrance to the backyard.
Pet Fee:
We allow up to 2 well-behaved pets! A pet fee applies—$30 per night per pet, though it may vary based on the number of pets, breed, and other factors. Discounts may be available for longer stays.
Pets must be house-trained and never left unattended inside the home or on furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors, including the neighborhood—please be respectful. Excessive pet hair, damage, or accidents may result in additional cleaning fees.

October 2025The location of Dylan's place was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed and in a really convenient, safe area. That said, the house itself is in serious need of attention. It’s an older property, which is fine and part of the appeal, but there hasn't been enough upkeep to make it comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom doors were either impossible to close or required significant force to open and shut. It felt like the whole place needed a deep clean—there were visible stains on the bed sheets, hairs in the tub, and mysterious splatters on the bathroom walls, which was pretty off-putting. With a bit of maintenance and a stronger focus on cleanliness, this could be a fantastic stay. But in its current state, it's hard to recommend.
