How it Works:

• Driver must be 21+
• Prior boating experience required.
🌡️POOL HEATING POLICY:
The pool includes a heating feature, but please note:
48-hour advance notice is required if you’d like the pool heated during your stay.
Heating is available only during colder seasons (late fall, winter, and early spring).
We do not keep the pool heated year-round.
Pool heating is $50 per day, with a minimum charge of $200
– For reference:
• 2-night stay → $200
• 3-night stay → $250
• Longer stays billed at $50/day
This ensures we can prepare everything for your comfort before arrival!
There is no lifeguard on duty. The owners, and agents of the property will not be held liable for accidents that are pool or deck related, drownings, or bodily harm/personal injuries.
While we will try our best to make sure the pool and its equipment is working, there is no refund if the pool is off-line due to maintenance.
💦HOT TUB:
If the hot-tub is undergoing maintenance or repairs and is unavailable during your stay, there are no discounts or refunds.
Please note that in the event we need to drain the hot tub after your stay, there will be a fee of $350 to cover the cost of maintenance and cleaning. We strive to keep our hot tubs in excellent condition for all of our guests to enjoy, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping them in top shape.
No diving in the hot tub. No glass in or near the hot tub. If there's any remnants of glass, guest will be charged a $2,000 fee.
If guests drain the hot tub, a $1,000 fee will be charged. Guests will also be held liable for any damages resulting from this action.
🐶PETS:
• Max of (2) pets not weighing more than 50lbs.
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
• Pets must be supervised at all times.
• Pets must be declared upon reservation.
You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL.
🚭SMOKING:
No smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is permitted inside at any time. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors, but please do not ash on furniture. There will be a charge of up to $1,000 for smoking in the house as well as if outdoor furniture is damaged.
🚫PARTIES & EVENTS:
We DO NOT allow parties, receptions, or events.
Local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying. Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM. No excuses.
If we receive any reports or notice that you are listening to music outside/being loud after 10PM, you will be charged a fine of $500 for breaking the quiet hours. Each occurrence of this will result in this fine.
By booking, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $1,000 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
Please be respectful of our neighbors anytime outback. Inside the house, you are welcome to listen to music at normal levels and hang out. Please keep the doors closed when listening to music.

August 2026For a group of guys who just want to drink and hang out, this place is good, but I would not recommend it for a family. All of the furniture is cheap besides the mattresses, and the place has some dust and some mold. My biggest issue is that when we got there, Dylan told us they were replacing the oven and that the handyman would be finishing up as we arrived, which didn’t bother me but the handyman just walked out, the stove wasn’t set up, and it was sticking out because it was too big for the space. I had to reach out the next morning to ask Dylan to come fix it. He was quick to respond and apologized, and it was handled within an hour, but how does the owner not know the job wasn’t completed? Again, it fit what our group needed, but it’s not worth the price, IMO

July 2026This review reflects our experience after paying $1,967.73 for a two-night stay. My family picks homes during our travel for the experience not for the stay. We can pay that amount per night to stay in a 5-star hotel, but we want the experience of the home! This home disappointed us from the moment we pulled up. The home looks like a trailer home with a nice front porch. I had to check the address twice before going to the door to put in the code! Inside we found: mold in the main shower, blinds that are missing, a note on the wall saying “these blinds are stuck-sorry for the inconvenience”, the washer has a note that says: “unplug washer 30 seconds before use”, it is a lot smaller than expected, majority of the sliding glass door locks are broken and a wooden stick is behind them to keep them from being opened. There is so much more issues with this home…not our first time in a Lake Norman rental, but we will never book this home again!

July 2026Major problems with cleanliness of pool and hot tub - not resolved during stay. Blinds do not work in Master bedroom. Fire alarms/smoke detectors did not appear to be hooked up. Small bugs on bathroom sinks during use. Patio furniture dated, damaged and very uncomfortable. Grill caught on fire after first use due to excessive grease and food debris around burners. Sidewalks on way to boat dock are broken and terrible. Gate to dock is also broken and scrapes ground when trying to open. The place is not what it appears in pictures. It’s very dated, shows neglect and poor attention to detail. There was missing siding on the porch around the large window making it look like it was damaged and never repaired. Not enough pots/pans/utensils for a large group to cook meals. Appliance are functional but old - should be replaced. Concrete around the small pool on one side has buckled and creates a bad tripping hazard. Boat dock area is dirty. Overall, would never recommend this house to anyone.

June 2026We had a great family reunion here and overall the property delivered what was advertised. The pool was a highlight, with enough room for our older kids to play basketball while younger children enjoyed the shallow end. The master bedroom was spacious, the fenced yard was great for our dog, and we made good use of the kayak. The dock’s roller system made launching it very easy. The experience was fairly basic, though. The home had only the minimum linens and pillows, kitchen and laundry supplies were sparse, and it lacked many of the thoughtful extras we’ve found in similar rentals. The lake view is also much narrower than the photos suggest because of the vegetation, and the dock area could use some trimming. We didn’t rent the boat, so that may add to the value. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the home comfortable and well suited for a family gathering.

June 2026Great clean place with nice privacy at the pool. Our family really enjoyed our stay. We also enjoyed adding on the boat rental, which was seamlessly integrated into the experience. The host was also very responsive to all questions before and during our visit. Really good spot!
