We all know checking in is tricky to a new space so we want to make sure you are comfortable with everything A-Z. We do offer in person checking in to help answer any questions you may have. Or we are just a phone call/ Email away. Upon entering the property you will find our welcome letter with the information you need to reach out should you need something ( Day/ Night).
Our neighborhood is quiet and a tucked back for your peace of mind, that is why parking was our priority for you. Charlotte is the 3rd fastest growing city in America, and for this we are thankful during these times. However, with growth does come the hustle and bustle of a growing city. You may every once in a while get a glimpse of the "QC" doing what it does best... evolving. Take it in stride and be part of this ever changing city we love to call home.
🚗TRANSPORTATION:
Lyft and Uber services are readily available from your smartphone app.
We are also right at the corner of I-277 and I-77, super convenient connectors to the city!
💦HOT TUB:
If the hot-tub is undergoing maintenance or repairs and is unavailable during your stay, there are no discounts or refunds.
Please note that in the event we need to drain the hot tub after your stay, there will be a fee of $350 to cover the cost of maintenance and cleaning. We strive to keep our hot tubs in excellent condition for all of our guests to enjoy, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping them in top shape.
No diving in the hot tub. No glass in or near the hot tub. If there's any remnants of glass, guest will be charged a $2,000 fee.
If guests drain the hot tub, a $1,000 fee will be charged. Guests will also be held liable for any damages resulting from this action.
🐶PETS:
• Max of (2) pets not weighing more than 50lbs.
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
• Pets must be supervised at all times.
• Pets must be declared upon reservation.
• $30/pet per night (for stays 5 days or less)
You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL.
🚭SMOKING
No smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is permitted inside at any time. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors, but please do not ash on furniture. There will be a charge of up to $1,000 for smoking in the house as well as if outdoor furniture is damaged.
🚫PARTIES & EVENTS
We DO NOT allow parties, receptions, or events.
Local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying. Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM. No excuses.
If we receive any reports or notice that you are listening to music outside/being loud after 10PM, you will be charged a fine of $500 for breaking the quiet hours. Each occurrence of this will result in this fine.
By booking, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $1,000 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
Please be respectful of our neighbors anytime outback. Inside the house, you are welcome to listen to music at normal levels and hang out. Please keep the doors closed when listening to music.

July 2026We stayed at Sydney listing due to us having to evacuate our home here in NC due to some renovations and I was medically advised to not be in the house while the work is being done. Found this place kind of last minute. Picked it because it looked to be not far from my job, and around a lot of food places. Originally it was only supposed to be two nights stay, but due to some unforeseen circumstances at our house, we had to extend our stay. It would have been nice to get a bit of a discount on that extension, it would have helped us out a bit. But overall the price wasn’t horrible for 4 nights. Hot tub was relaxing.. the internet was very slowly , even after restarting the router. Bed room sheets clean and towels . Bathrooms were clean, and kitchen was clean for the most part. Pots and pans could be replaced . The rug in the front room could be replaced too. Might be the reason why the house has a faint dog or animal smell. Backyard was beautiful.

He checked in on us to make sure all was good and he was very responsive every time we contacted him. The house is very private and it was so relaxing in the hot tub and the swing chairs were so comfortable. I fell asleep while swinging. If we ever need a place to stay in the area we definitely saved Dylan’s place on our favorites!! If you want a place that is clean, comfortable and relaxing with a host who is proactive and kind then Dylan’s home is a perfect fit!! Thanks Dylan for everything!! You are the best of the best!! June 2026Perfect for what we were looking for. Not far from Carowinds and the White Water Center. We had everything we needed like extra trash bags, dishwasher pods and shower items. The full-sized frig, stocked kitchen, comfy beds, a clean washer and dryer and the nice bathrooms made the stay lovely. The outdoor space was amazing and our favorite feature. We enjoyed the hot tub with the tv. The couches were comfortable and the outdoor lighting set the chill mood. We also enjoyed the swinging chairs. Enjoying the chairs in the morning with a cup of coffee was the best. Great stay.

June 2026The stay was absolutely wonderful. We absolutely loved the space and it was the perfect size for our group. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean! The outdoor layout was of course our favorite spot. The only issue was we had no way to use the tv out back due to a separate wifi that was interfering with the remote. Also the couch was somewhat stained and walls had some blemishes and smudges that need recovered. Other than that, it was perfect and I would most definitely stay here again. The hosts were super responsive as well! Beautiful property.

May 2026This place is perfect for a small or medium sized group! Very good location, super quiet street, lots of birds, lovely backyard with lots of games, a firepit, and a hot tub. Hot tub does need to be turned up on your own FYI but only takes 1 hr to heat up. The staff are very good at quick responses and very attentive. Highly recommend.
